Available November 1 for single occupancy. Fully furnished bedroom in my 2 bed 1.5 bath condo on North Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce. As mentioned, the room and the condo are fully furnished, so this is best for someone that doesn’t have house furnishings. Has been a great space for visiting researchers and natural resources professionals (my field of work).

$1000/mo, utilities included, month to month is fine. Space is shared with me (34, m). I’m a fisheries scientist that works from home 90% of the time. Quiet, clean, respectful, and enjoys nature and sports. Home is a sanctuary for relaxing, and I’m looking for a roommate with the same ideals.
