Private room and bathroom available in second story apartment. The living area and kitchen are shared spaces with one other roommate. Washer and Dryer are included in the apartment, and there’s plentiful parking in the complex. The apartment complex is well maintained, peaceful, with quiet neighbors. Cats are welcomed. You’ll be taking over a lease from now till September, with possibility for renewal.
