This is a spacious apartment we’d share together. Two bedrooms, one living room, and one other room that can be used as an additional living room/whatever we want it to be (we can discuss together)! The kitchen has all new appliances and a dishwasher. The apartment is in a quiet, super safe & charming area on a tree-lined street. It’s a 3-minute walk to the Fresh Pond M stop (but you can’t hear the train in the apt). It’s quick to get to the L from the M if you need, or a 15-minute walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff. It’s an easy walk to Bushwick, as well, for even more options. Specific room info: the room pictured w/a bed would be your room, the room pictured w/the black+red rug will be free to make whatever fits our needs, and the room w/the keyboard will become my bedroom.

I’m a creative and kind person looking for a friend to share this space with me until February – unless we wish to renew the lease together. I like my alone time, but I also love exploring new places and finding fun places and events to check out together. I’m in grad school for music (I love electronic music production, and I play guitar) and I’m working on the side. Commitment is only until February; could go longer. To explain - going thru amicable breakup and ex partner is moving out a few months before lease is up !
