Will consider couples, but will pay extra per person because of expected increase in utilities with more people. 13x14 bedroom large closet along one side of the wall. 1850 sqft 2 story townhome with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Community pool is right behind property. Across from police station, fire station and public library. Albertsons across the street, Winco very close by and lots of great restaurants close by as well. Anytime fitness also across the street and Chase Bank. Both current roommates are males in early 30’s. 3 dogs (2 Bulldogs and small lab mix) at the home so most be okay with dogs. Bbq grill and smoker on porch. 2 flat screen TVs in living room. Bar with a beverage refrigerator. No smoking inside house. Security system and keyless entry to home as well as cameras. Will update room photo, room pictures are for room already rented but is very similar.

I am mid 30’s other 2 roommates are early 30’s. All have full time work during the week and most of us stay out of the house most weekends. If you are in and out of the house at all hours of the night please look elsewhere.
