Looking for a self sufficient, responsible, working professional who is clean, pays their rent on time, and no meat cooking preferred. Female is preferred but I will consider the right male. This is an eco/conservation/pet friendly (two cats + one dog live here) and mindful house so awareness and practice of these is given more weight when considering applicants. I’m semi-retired, generally at home, and need privacy. I have my own life, and you should too. Please be prepared to show solid employment and housing history, with current & past personal and work references. No exceptions.
