I’m renting a two bed apartment right now and I’m looking for a female roommate. You’ll have your own room and your own full bathroom. I have an esa (poodle) so no other pets. I’ve not put pics of the room up as right now it’s my office but you’re more than welcome to come see the space. All other rooms in the house are furnished (sofa, dining table, kitchen)

I’m clean, pretty quiet - not looking for a partier (no judgement just not my thing) I don’t smoke, I occasionally drink so someone 21+ as there will be alcohol in the apartment. I love plants, thrifting and coffee. I’m looking for someone who is chill, doesn’t mind people over for study or baking sessions and likes having a dog around 😊 Your other roomie would be my esa poodle Penny. She’s hypoallergenic (so no dog hair) very well trained and not allowed on the furniture so she’s very respectful of your space.
