Currently, the apartment is priced for single occupancy. The only person that lives in this home is myself. The studio within the home is walled off and is basically its own section off the house with its own access to the front and backyard. Im 24 years old and work from 7:30am-4:00pm. Other than that I mainly just chill in my room. I get barely any visitors, the only one being my parents a few times a month. The house has a central a/c where we can figure out the best temperature for both of us to set it.
