Ali's room

Hello! Looking for a roommate to rent the private primary room in a 2 BR/1 BA apartment at the Wimbledon Square and Gardens apartment complex. Female preferred but will consider neat gents. Unit is on the 2nd floor. Room is 10.5 x 13 ft with a private vanity, private balcony, and a huge closet (in addition to the room dimensions). The room has a private bathroom entrance as well. Has a great tub, perfect for baths! I have 2 very sweet cats - Tiago and Link - who would be our 3rd/4th roommates (unofficially). They are pictured, but are respectful of your private space.

8 minute walk to some good eats, bars, and cafes. Super walkable right onto Reed College campus as well. Bus line and MAX are close by, so if you don’t have a car you can still get around.

Apartment amenities include: spacious living area and kitchen to share, dishwasher/disposal, 2nd balcony off the living room, central AC/furnace heat, laundry in the complex, gym, pool access in the summer, and separate parking lot for residents (off-street parking).

All utilities (including internet) are included. Free parking in lot for residents. Plenty of street parking for guests.

28 year old female, recent University of Oregon architecture graduate, respectful, kind, cat lover, quiet, non smoker, plant lover, occasional wine drinker.

I have two cats and the complex says no more… but I’d be willing to talk about it. No dogs though (avoiding kitty heart attacks).

About you: non smoker (I don’t mind if you smoke weed. It just can’t waft into the apartment), neat, friendly, comfortable sharing cleaning duties, not into loud or large parties. Down for a year lease (we would both need to sign the lease and qualify. They’re good about co-signers too.)
