4 bedroom duplex okie downstairs room available. The room is very spacious, with carpet, our house has a parking area in the back and is located next to Romas, near restaurants and other bars. We have a washer and dryer, heater and AC and dishwasher. The only utilities that we are required to pay are gas and electric. Security deposit + first months rent must be paid before move in.

House is animal friendly, we currently have two cats and open to having more with a proper cat meeting. We like hosting at the house and being social. We have movie nights together, meals and do daily task together sometimes! We want this to be a breath of fresh air atmosphere and make this little place a home. We do require you to hold yourself financially responsible.
