Hi, my name is James (three one four, seven six one, six three six zero), and I have a 1bd/1ba for $1000 in a 4bd/2ba house. You will have your own private entrance, your own bathroom and bedroom. Washer/dryer will be shared, and kitchen will be shared.

Some more details: Bike path (Ohlone trail) is a few blocks away. Several parks & tennis courts nearby. Our street is calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature. My home is 4bd/2ba with a garden in the front yard & in the backyard.

10min walk to a variety of shopping (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Safeway, Lucky, Ranch99, etc).

Solano avenue with dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, ice creameries, bakeries, gyms, et cetera are all nearby.

Easy access to SF with house being 0.8mi to BART as well as close to several TransBay Bus stops.

I have been living here since 2012. I am low key, friendly, and easy-going. My hobbies are lifting weights, going for a drive, and getting a beer.
