Welcome home! This private room + private bathroom is ideal for a student or traveling professional. The space is fully furnished and includes all utilities, TV in room, streaming services, plus has a community pool + jacuzzi.
Furnishings include a queen-sized bed, night side tables, dresser, and a TV with popular streaming services included (Netflix, Peacock, Disney +). A box fan is available upon request. The entire home has vaulted ceilings and captures an abundance of natural light. The bathroom is accessed from outside the room, but is private and designated to this room (not shared). The home has central heating and A/C.
The room is located on the second floor of a 4-bedroom, 2200 sq ft home built in 2019. Also on the second floor is the laundry room and a community work area which are available shared spaces for work or study.
On the first floor you’ll find the kitchen and living room, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an oversized couch and sofa with an 85“ TV. All kitchenware, countertop appliances, cutlery, and cookware is included. The common areas are professionally cleaned every 2 weeks, arrangements can be made to clean your private areas as well, please inquire if interested.
There is a small backyard with chairs, string lights, and a fire-pit for entertaining. The home is located in a residential HOA neighborhood that is quiet and safe, with a large heated pool, available year-round, jacuzzi, and parks within the community. Street parking by permit will be arranged during your lease. The home is 6 miles from the beach/Downtown Oceanside, and walking distance to Lowes, Ralphs, Starbucks, and McDonalds.
