The shared space will be fully furnished. There are two bedrooms available at $840 each + utilities, with a shared bathroom.

I’m Mark, 21 years old. As of right now it’s just me in the house. Looking to rent both rooms soon. I spend most of my time working, reading, exercising, listening to podcasts, or out of the house with my girlfriend/friends. I’m open-minded, clean and considerate.
