First month’s rent is $350. Utility Bills (City Utilities, AT&T Internet, and Republic Services trash) average around $119, but may vary

Being on a side-street, traffic is infrequent and therefore quieter in general.

In addition to being an open forum within the house, we also keep a digital space for talking between one another on discord, on which I track each month’s rent, both collective and individual.

We also have a firepit behind the house alongside a shed out back.

We have a washer, but have to hang clothing to dry, as we are currently without a dryer, but are planning to resolve that as soon as possible.

I, Juniper (25), the primary payer on the lease, am a gamer, and am relatively on the noctournal side. My boyfriend, Brandon (20), also is up late with me, but we typically keep quiet at night. We typically wake sometime between 10 AM and Noon

My partner and our friend, Grey, the other roommate both use cannabis, but I do not.

All of us enjoy Anime of different varieties.

We each tend to keep to our own spaces most of the time, the most frequent to leave the room is my partner, as he does not like to smoke cigarettes in the house.

There is currently a 4th roommate, Samantha, but we have recently given her her 2 week’s notice.
