It is a spacious home with much of it newly remodeled after I purchased it. Currently plenty of storage available in the garage. Great location close to stores and restaurants on Federal. I’m open to furnishing the bedroom if needed! Rest of the house is furnished. You would have a private bedroom with a bathroom right next to it that would be shared.

I’m a single woman who lives with my maltipoo. I don’t expect my housemates to take care of my pup, but you would need to be good with her around the house! I’m a Christian who enjoys hosting friends, but overall my home is very calm.
