***I will consider animals ❤️ About the pictures! Yes, I will move the cubbies from the closet. It is only a twin bed, small tv, chair, shelves. I believe it is 10 ft by 10.5 ft- depth of closet is 2 feet. 3 bedroom house, you will have the upstairs room and bathroom. I have an eight year old daughter we stay gone from 5:30 in the morning until about 6 PM at night. You can use any amenities. Internet, water, trash, electricity all included. Washer and dryer as well. Lots of yard space and welcome to use the garage as an art studio.
About the roomies
I work full time plus every other weekend. My kid is 8 and is in school. We are gone from about 6am until 6 pm unless I’m off. I don’t drink, I don’t do drugs. 11 years clean.
