Jennifer's room

Quiet old hobby farm on many acres. Very beautiful home. It is a rental property with 2 units. One unit on main floor is rented to a couple and it has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms avail) There is one full shared bathroom and there is also a half bath with toilet and sink that is available for use in the laundry room. The other unit is the basement and it is currently rented. The 2 units do not share anything except the internet connection and the garbage cans. Parking for upstairs is in front driveway and there is a 2 car garage and one stall would be available if needed but would be extra. There is a hottub outside along the deck which is used by both units but deck is for upstairs unit.

We are the renters in the upstairs unit. Jenny (48)and Craig (55) and we run our own business doing handyman stuff. We work sometimes seven days a week, we are barely home at all just to sleep really. We are laid back. We do smoke but not inside. We are good people though, we work hard and we love where we live and want to find someone who values the place they live as well and someone who cares about cleanliness and is willing to share in the household duties and has a good history of paying their rent on time. In the past we have tried finding good roommates but we haven’t had the best of luck with finding anyone that has met our expectations so we do want to make sure that whoever we find will be a good fit for us and we want to be a good fit for whoever we find as well.
