Grace's room

I have two rooms available, one with grey laminate and the other with beige tile that looks like wood. The grey room is pink and gray while the other is blue with anchors painted on the wall. I’m only looking to rent one of them and pink room can be furnished or not furnished but blue room you will need to get some furniture to fill it. The bathroom is shared as the main house bathroom but there is another bathroom with a shower should you need it. It’s discretely tardis themed and stocked with towels and toiletries. Both rooms have same size closet, pink is possibly a little bigger. Both are on the opposite side of the house from my room and we live in a fairly quiet areas. Pink room has plenty of light during the day and plenty of shade at night and the kitchen is spacious and fully stocked already. This room is great for someone not looking to stay forever but if wanting to stay for a while, I’m happy to help paint to make the room more to your liking.

My name is Grace. I am nerdy goofy introvert who likes going to conventions and spending time with friends. I have been sober for 8 years (you don’t have to be but I do prefer no alcohol or pot in the house. Thc, gummies, and cbd are all fine, I just request that that and anything that creates smoke like cigarettes or cigars be outside or on patio. Nicotine or no nicotine vapes are fine inside). I have a small dog who is hyper but very friendly and loveable. He may try to untie your shoelaces at first but once he calms down he generally just likes to snooze and cuddle. I have a gym pass with guest privelages that I’d be happy to use to go to gym together if you want to though by no means is this a diet/shaming household. I believe in health at all sizes and respect your lifestyle but expect the same back. I love cooking and have a friend who comes over to help clean every Tuesday (she is awesome and nice too) though I do prefer a roommate who is tidy and does their own dishes. Just because she helps clean, doesn’t mean it’s okay to leave a huge mess. If you don’t like the colors of the room, I can help you re-paint but if you like the set up of the pink room, you’re welcome to keep it as is with furniture and everything. I am queer and consider my home a lgbtqia+, ENM, alt lifestyle friendly household. You do not have to be these things but it is important that you respect that I am. I respect privacy of others just as much as my own and I’d like to meet someone I can get along with and at least co exist in a friendly manner with. There is enough space for a second car in driveway or two if they’re small but I ask to please not block me into garage. I have some storage space in garage but not too much and I like keeping the house cool but I have plenty of blankets to share! I like hosting board games once in a while and sober parties maybe twice, three times max per year but I would give plenty of heads up for this and you’re more than welcome to join! We have recycling once per week and trash twice per week and if you like gardening, there’s room on patio for that too! Plus fresh pineapples sometimes!
