Great room available in a comfortable 2-br house in Downtown Silver Spring. The house is located between Georgia Ave and Fenton St. Metro transport, several grocery options, great food, and entertainment within walking distance. House is adjacent to the Bump ’n Grind Analog Market, so adjoins a creative community of music-lovers, artists, and DIY-folx.

The house is very spacious for two people, and comfortable to find quiet spots around the property. There is no washer/dryer, but a 24-hr laundromat is less than a block away (next to the RISE dispensary). There is space for storage, and we can discuss/arrange to furnish the room (nicely), if requested.

I’m a 33 y/o male working as a sound engineer and small biz entrepreneur. Run my small vintage/antique art market business out of the basement of the house, as well as help Bump ’n Grind with many of the activities happening next door at Analog Market. I collect vinyl records and art, and spend a lot of time checking out events in the area. A roomie would have a lot of time on the weekends with the house to themselves!
