Hi everybody, I’m looking for three roommates to join me in my Broomfield home. It’s a beautiful house with an open floor plan and lots of natural light! It’s about 20 minutes from Denver, Boulder and Golden. It has a beautiful large kitchen, huge backyard, and a two car garage. A very safe neighborhood, and lots of storage on site. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and there is an extra guest bathroom/laundry room downstairs.

Rooms available (upstairs):

Master Bedroom, with huge walk in closet and large double vanity bathroom. Great view of the backyard as well.

Two smaller bedrooms, each with a well sized closet, and can comfortably fit a queen sized bed + dressers. There is an additional bathroom upstairs (not pictured) that can become a private bath for a person taking a smaller bedroom.

It would be $785 per month, per person (not per room), with three additional people on the lease. My prior roommates were a couple who shared the master bedroom & ensuite bathroom, and an additional girl who had one smaller bedroom and the bathroom right next to her room. The other bedroom was a shared game room space, as was the large den/landing area upstairs. There is plenty of space for everybody, not to mention the very large living room, kitchen and backyard. If I’m only able to get two additional people on the lease, it would become $1050 per month per person until we find a third.

Couples and pets welcome! Any pets joining must be able to get along with cats. All applicants must be able to pass a background check, but no landlord references required. I would be the main lease holder. Lease would start 11/5/23, but the rooms are available to move in sooner if needed.

My name is Morgan, I’m 26 and enjoy working out, making music, anime and video games. I’m looking for roommates who are social, love animals (no cat allergies!), and are good communicators! Friends are more than welcome, but I’m also happy to respect your privacy :) Ideally I would like to have roommates that I could become great friends with. Bonus points if you also produce/make music!
