Furnishings available if needed (bed, dresser, table, couch). Safe and quiet neighborhood off Sudley Manor Dr. near Bull Run Park/Trail. Rent includes all utilities, high-speed wi-fi, and Fios cable. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. Room is for one person only. Basement is shared with one male tenant.
