• Rent: $1700 (you’re responsible for half)
• Utilities: water =$15/mo and gas/electric ranges from $50 to $110 (also responsible for half)

• Location: East Asheville - apt complex name: “the reserve at gashes creek” ^Check out their website for all the amenities, pictures, and floor plan; but highlights include salt water pool, sauna, gym, valet trash sun-Thurs.
• no cats, but 1 small dog (under 35lbs may be considered- there is a pet rent though!)

** I think it’s worth mentioning that I’ve never liked living in apartment buildings, until I move here.

• The staff is wonderful
• the amenities are top notch and whenever I’ve put in a maintenance request, they’re over in less then an hour to fix it.
• New build complex (I think 5 years old?)= all up to date/modern appliances, efficient energy, and it’s actually built really well (haven’t had any major structure or maintenance problems).
• Its remarkably quiet: I’ve NEVER heard my neighbors through the walls, including the man that used to lived above me that played saxophone haha -so needless to say, it’s very quiet. 👌
• It’s a very friendly community where I’ve been able to make friends of all ages!
• The complex often throws parties and get togethers in the warmer months

Looking for:

• preferably female (age 28-48)
• I work from home so will need someone who works out of the apartment majority of days
• clean…but not excessively
• must be dog friendly I have a 35lb beagle who is wonderful …but sheds
• Non smoker

About me:

• 35 year old female, no kids
• I have a health insurance consulting business, which means I am frequently on zoom calls working with individuals/families, self employed, small business’ helping them navigate through the maze of all their health insurance options! **This means i work from home 98% of the time Monday - Friday. My schedule varies, but I generally work from 9-5pm… depends on the week. (This is why Im needing a roommate that doesn’t work from home!)
