Alessandro's room

The room that will be available is the Master Bedroom and the master restroom. The property is in a gated community with on site pool, gym and fast maintenance.

• Roommate is moving out, and need a roommate by 01/12.
• There are three bills, we are going to have to split. The electric bill, The rent for appliances and internet bill.
• Prefer privacy and not intrude on each other’s belongings.
• Please clean after yourselves and do not leave laundry overnight.
• There will be shared chores between the both of us.
