Hello Everyone,

If you live in Leesburg or surrounding areas and are currently searching for a room to rent , my wife and I have a room currently available. Details about the bedroom is as follows:

12x10 bedroom with without furniture, big spacious closet , bathroom in hallway that will be shared with our 11 yr old son who visits every other weekend but has his own room , extra closet space in hallway for towels or other belongings., must be ok with sharing the bathroom . You will have access to whole house including living area , kitchen, laundry, a huge porch , garage for extra storage and a big back yard .Utilities will be included in monthly rent plus WiFi access . We are a quiet couple who doesn’t party but work long hours at night until early morning and sleep during the day. We are looking for someone who is responsible to pay rent on time , respectful, easy to get along with , more so is ok with the fact of my wife and I being a same sex couple. We do not allow drugs in our home including but not limited to 420, smoking is permitted on the porch only , no parties of any kind in our home , visitors not allowed to stay over as it’s a safety and privacy issue but can visit for certain time frame . We also are not allowing any further animals in the home as we already have 2 cats and a dog .
