Your share of rent would be 1200 + utilities. I can negotiate a lil bit on the rent if I haven’t found anyone yet. You would have to go through income/background check.

Has a gym, pool, barbecue, movie theatre, pool table hangout area, basketball and tennis courts etc. Waking distance from shopping complex which has stater bros, restaurants, UPS store, cafes, etc. Brookside park is right in the middle of the community so you can watch sunsets in the evening play or play frisbee during the weekends.

The roommate works in Tech support in Redlands. He keeps to himself and gone during the weekends.
