Northeast Lavender Way

The room is unfurnished. The house has AC/heat and a W&D. The second bathroom is essentially yours, with the caveat that it’s shared when guests are over. The third bedroom is a guest room/office space for me when I work from home (which is about two days a week).The development has a pool and tennis court and is also gated. There is some garage space open for outdoor gear and the walk-in closet in the bedroom for rent is pretty huge. We have a huge back patio as well.

My partner owns the house. He’s 27 and I’m 28. He works as a shop tech at REI and I work as a Program Coordinator for a local government organization. We both love to ski and bike. We’re both clean people and respect our roommates space. We’re open to different lengths of a lease. I love to cook and spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
