Live in a quiet neighborhood. Older home, no washer or dryer yet. Wash place is literally just down the street though. Got a new refrigerator. 60 inch TV in living room and a couch. Both rooms have ceiling fans, one has 2 windows the other has one, outlet hook ups available. Both have a closet. One of the rooms has a 1 month old used air mattress that was previously owned by last roomamte
