Shayne's room

Great area and quite neighborhood. Close to route 1 and I95. Room is full furnished with a private bathroom in the hallway. Fully supplied kitchen available at anytime. Laundry area in the basement. Only allowed in the basement while doing laundry. Living room is a common area with 2 couches and tv.

Three people currently live in the townhouse and soon to be a dog (you will not be required to take care of it). Me (Shayne), I live in the basement and stay there besides when cooking or socializing with the other roommates. There is also a married couple John and Maddy. They have the master bedroom and office area on the 2nd level. We all get along very well and are very respectful of each other’s space.
