There is a half bath downstairs for when shower is occupied upstairs. Rent includes utilities, use of basic toiletries , soap, laundry detergent, and drinking water (alkaline water).

James, 48, is the dad and ex husband who is primary lessor, helps with rent, only comes to town to visit once a month for a few days.
