South 4th Street

This is a clean, gently used older, manufactured home with updated flooring. It has a swamp cooler in the summertime.
I am very close to the intersection of 6th Street and 89A, so extremely centrally located. Quiet, residential area. The neighborhood is visually unappealing, but it is quiet and safe. I have garden space in the backyard. The room has a large closet and a south-facing window. I have a fully stocked kitchen – all the dishes and cookware. I prefer clean/organic food

I am here part-time and live in Sun City part-time. There is a quiet gentleman who lives in an addition to the house. He has a separate entrance and uses my bathroom to shower a couple times a week. He usually does that when I am at work and he would be very respectful of your privacy also. I have a senior black lab who travels with me to Sun City. She is sweet and sleeps a lot. I have sheets draped over the sofa to keep the sofa clean for people to sit on. Non-smoker, non-drinker. I have a television in the living room and it has been unplugged for most of the time. I use it to watch movies.
