2 bed, 1 bath. Nice area in Gladstone right on North Oak between North Oak and 61 Street right next to multiple fast food locations. Washer and dryer is outside of the apartment directly across from me and costs 1.50 to wash 1.75 to dry. Parking available as well.

Live alone, currently in a wheelchair trying to recover from a very bad back injury. Currently I live in the living room where I work from home. Apartment is big, it is just myself and my 3 cats. The master bedroom has my stuff, the second bedroom is basically empty. I have a twin size mattress in that room that I am not using if you needed a bed. Must be ok with lgbt, cannabis. Im basically looking for someone who is willing to give me rides every now and then because I am disabled, as well as someone who is willing to help with the upkeep of the apartment. Asking for 600 a month but can negotiate lower if you are willing to help me out around the house.
