Bathroom is outside your door, not used unless there’s a party (so hardly ever). You get access to the kitchen, dining room, etc. If you’re handy at fixing things and maintaining this place, that would be great! I may have some extended absences. I’ll pay you for your help. An adjoining office is available too for and additional $500/month. Business-class fiber-optic internet. Two cats live here but stay in the back room.
