Northpark Boulevard

The room (room C) is on the second floor of the apartment. It’s a great sized room (quite spacious) with its own bathroom. The closet space is nice too if you have a considerable amount of clothing. The room comes fully furnished with a bed (feel free to change the mattress) a desk and chair along with two clothing dressers. The apartment is located in the back row glen apartments all the way at the end of the street. It’s pretty quiet and calm and out of the way. The most consistent noise I hear from outside is trash day on Friday mornings. Please note this will be a lease takeover. I will cover the transition fee.

If you enjoy quiet homes, this is the perfect place! There are a couple “couple roommates” I stay with and they have been polite and cordially friendly as long as I have been there. They are also open to sharing the space as equal as they are to taking turns in the kitchen and other common areas.
