Joe's room

Hey there I’m looking for someone to rent out my 2nd bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath place. Private bathroom with walk in closet. Rent is $900 includes electricity and internet. I’m a 37 year old single male. Previous roomate is in process of moving out so I don’t have pictures of the bedroom yet. The common living area in the picture will only end up having sleeper sofa and a few chairs. It doesn’t get used much. I travel for work across the country in the middle of the week. Home for long weekends. No license at the moment so I am home quite a bit but keep to myself. Im into the gym beach sports. Dont want someone coming in at all hours of the night (very light sleeper) and just wont allow it. I will be leaving you the place to yourself half the week so there will have to be a lot of trust. No pets. No couples. But must be ok with dogs I do have my German Shepherd on some weekends. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do but no drunks. I am 420 friendly. Not looking for a new best friend but always open to meeting new people. Needs to be filled as soon as possible. Lease ends in April not sure if I will be renewing.

It’s just me. Laid back keep to myself. It’s a small space so if Im there I am in my room most of the time. Shared living has limited furniture and no TV. So that can be discussed if you have some of your own.
