Rey's room

Hi everyone, I am looking to fill 3 bedrooms in a house in National City, about 20 minutes away from UCSD. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and are priced at $1250 a month. The other bedroom is priced at $1000 a month and a bathroom down the hall. Move-in would be as soon as possible. The house is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house currently with just myself in it. The shared amenities are the kitchen, refrigerator, and the washing machines. There are two spots open on the driveway to fit 2 cars and there’s plenty of street parking too. Below are pictures of the first room, second room, third room, shared bathroom, and then all the amenities and shared spaces. There’s plenty of backyard space too, just not shown in the photos.
