The building is newer. The apartment has stainless steel appliances. The room is spacious and has its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. There is a gym, pool, zen garden, Cornhole games, club house and more. You would need to pay $125 App fee. Renters insurance is required which I already have so I don’t think you need it but we can ask the office. $1250 is the rent and included everything except electricity. The bathroom idecorated and will stay that way for you. 420 is ok but not in the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony. It’s not really difficult to get in here. I at the time did not have the best credit and I was able to get approved quickly. I need someone in here by Nov 1st or sooner.
