Also the rent is $940 a month, which for Durham is not that bad. Reasonably close to campus as well. Reach out ASAP and we can make it happen. We are 3 college bros living in a house on mast road (not the lodges) looking for one more. We get things done when we need to, have fun when we can. We need 1 more person so we can sign the lease and not lose the house.
