This is a clean private large room with its HARDWOOD FLOOR, 2 huge windows, a large walk-in closet, and 3 smaller closets or storage areas. The room is semi-furnished or unfurnished. The walk-in closet can be used as a second room or an office for someone who works from home.
This is a room for rent, NOT AN APARTMENT. The room is private but the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry are used with other tenants.
Room + Utility = $975/month. First/Last payment required + $300 refundable Deposit. Last month’s rent can be paid within 2 months of move-in, depending on credit and employment.
Not a “Party House”.
About the roomies
No drugs (including weeds), heavy drinking, or pets, please.
We seek a “Daytime Student” or “Single person” or a couple. Only 1-2 min driving from shops in Westwood Village with many buses, shops, and restaurants close by (QFC, Starbucks, Target, Bank of America, Big 5, Rite Aid…). Excellent location for buses to SSCC/Downtown/Burien.
