This is a private bedroom for rent in a huge beautiful house in West Seattle. The room is private but the 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry are shared with another tenant.
This is a clean room with a huge window, carpet floor, and a stand-alone closet. The room can be unfurnished or furnished with a desk, chair, dresser, a twin-size bed/mattress, and nightstand.
Room + Utility = $830/month for a single person. First payment required + $300 refundable Deposit. Last month’s rent is required but can be paid within 2 months of move-in, depending on tenant credit & income.
