Bedroom available in a single family home. A quiet home in a quiet neighborhood. I live in this home and I keep it clean.

$700/month rent includes utilities, high speed internet (wifi). (Rent $700 plus $700 security deposit, so $1400 day one) Please have verifiable income.

You will have a private bedroom (pictured with desk only). I will provide a twin bed for your room before your arrival. You will have a shared bathroom with another female renter.

Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, back yard. I have plenty of storage (unfinished basement and garage) if you need to store your belongings that you are not using. Laundry on first level (not basement) and lots of street parking - house is on a corner lot.

Looking for a tenant who is strictly non-smoking/non-vaping, inside or outside or “at work only”. I can’t tolerate perfume or cologne so if that’s part of your daily selfcare, this is not the place for you. Strictly no drugs.

My ideal housemate: Towson or any college Graduate student OR someone working with a steady job and doesn’t have any personal life drama OR someone needing a place to live during a transition.

I’m open to a short term renter or annual lease. The rent will be the same.

I’m social and outgoing, but like to come home to my quiet house.
