Private bathroom and furnished bedroom in a condominium. Kitchen and living room will be shared with me. Kitchen has granite counters, while most of the condo has hardwood floors. Complex is located in Empire Ranch neighborhood of Folsom and near Russell Ranch Elementary School and Highway 50. Also has its own weight room, pool and jacuzzi available. The neighborhood is close to El Dorado Hills, CA, and is a reasonable drive away from Intel. Front gate requires access code. Rent is inclusive of utilities.
