Paul's room

The room is a 12“ x 11“ room with small closet, currently purple and grey (will paint if requested). Shared kitchen & living room. Bathroom (full bath) in the hallway is yours, but open to guests if needed.

The house is a raised ranch on 1 acer of land, private back yard. There is a small back porch, and unfinished basement for some storage.

Location is halfway between Hartford & New Haven, and 15 mins from Middletown & Wallingford.

Also I just got a pair of kittens

Currently in the house it’s me and a roommate, eventually opening the basement once finished to a 3rd roommate. Current roommate looking to move out in early January.

Engineer by trade, nerdy, love movies and video games. Punk music, couple of fish tanks (2 tanks, working on a 3rd in the living room). Volunteer Firefighter (might run out of the house at 3am for a call).

Favorite movies: ratatouille, the matrix, the room, and grandma’s boy.

Favorite video games: Mario cart, halo, assasins creed, and portal.
