Sarah is an absolute gem – sweet, tidy, and incredibly organized. In the more than a year I’ve lived with her, we’ve never encountered any issues or disagreements, which is quite remarkable. She is really nice to my dog and they’ve developed a great bond! We share the responsibilities of keeping the place clean and handling the trash, with me taking on a bit more cleaning since my furry friend joined the picture. Sarah is a student at PACE and works as a server at a local restaurant, keeping a balanced and busy schedule. She’s got the essential details like the WiFi and electricity bills under control, and you’ll make your monthly payments directly to her when they’re due. Plus, you’ll split the rent and utilities/amenities fee with her, as she’s the tenant with access to the tenant portal on the property. When you decide to make this your new home, you’ll sign with both the property and Sarah on a new lease. It’s a harmonious and organized living arrangement you’re bound to appreciate!
