About the room

Your new room in this fantastic apartment is a true gem. With over 1100 square feet of space, it’s spacious and inviting. Located just a short walk from downtown, you’ll have easy access to all the excitement the area has to offer. There is a Rite-Aid next door and a shopping center a mile away. Safety is a top priority here, as the apartment is situated across the street from the Stamford Police department and courthouse. This pet-friendly community is perfect for dog lovers, although cats are a no-go due to allergies. Parking is a breeze, with free options on the property and street, or you can opt for garage parking for an additional fee. Your room is roomy and features a generous closet. While the common areas are furnished, you have the creative freedom to design your personal space, so the room will not be furnished. Move-in date flexibility is a plus, and with a security deposit, first month’s rent, and utilities due upon moving in, it’s a straightforward process. There is a $30 per month WiFi fee, and don’t worry about laundry, as the basement facilities conveniently accept credit or debit cards. Ready to make this apartment your new home? Come visit, meet your future roommate, and explore the entire property! PLEASE NOTE: ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT. THIS IS PAID SEPARATELY TO EVERSOURCE.

About the roomies

I am moving out of this apartment by the end of 2023. My roommate, Sarah, will remain in the apartment. We can be flexible with your move-in-date and I can move out before the end of the year starting November 1. You’ll be in great hands living with Sarah as your roommate when you move in. Sarah is an absolute gem – sweet, tidy, and incredibly organized. In the more than a year I’ve lived with her, we’ve never encountered any issues or disagreements, which is quite remarkable. She is really nice to my dog and they’ve developed a great bond! We share the responsibilities of keeping the place clean and handling the trash, with me taking on a bit more cleaning since my furry friend joined the picture. Sarah is a student at PACE and works as a server at a local restaurant, keeping a balanced and busy schedule. She’s got the essential details like the WiFi and electricity bills under control, and you’ll make your monthly payments directly to her when they’re due. Plus, you’ll split the rent and utilities/amenities fee with her, as she’s the tenant with access to the tenant portal on the property. When you decide to make this your new home, you’ll sign with both the property and Sarah on a new lease. It’s a harmonious and organized living arrangement you’re bound to appreciate!
