Well maintained apartment on a green and thoughtfully landscaped property. It’s less than a mile from Mall Road. Rent includes water and internet but does not include the electricity. Electricity ran last month for $115 total with some thought given to conserving usage.

36 year old fella with a 3 year old doggo. I score high on most nerdom scales. My biggest passion are the sciences. Friendly to all world views and walks of life as long as they are considerate of what is kind and just. Clean and hygienic but having grown up in a large family I don’t find the light clutter of life stressful. The apartment is currently empty as I have not had the opportunity to move my things from Louisville. We can discuss what we need as we go should you have your own. My doggo friend is a lady hound. She is extremely well trained and never destroys or damage things (that she has not been given permission 🦴) and is extremely responsive and is well socialized with other dogs, I keep her well groomed and bathed but there is a time of year when the shedding gets heavy. She is my best friend and she will love you instantly if you let her.
