This is a three bed, two bath (one private bath) on a little over half an acre of land. We have an herb garden and a vegetable garden that you’re welcome to add to! We have a large fire pit, and detached shed out back. There’s a two car garage, with space for your car if you’d like.

There’s a long galley kitchen, large dining room and living room. There’s a small mud area by the garage, and by the front door. If you’d like, we can have a shared food system, or private, it’s entirely your choice.

The available room is a rather large, fully-finished basement bedroom with a long, but shallow back room. It’s roughly the size of two regular bedrooms, so plenty of space for couples, a kid, or office space if you’d like. The only downside is the oil tank is down there (in another separate room) so you’d be tasked with checking the oil gauge monthly, or asked if one of us other two tenants could go down to check.

Hi, I’m Cal! (My legal name is HannahJane, I’m the one writing the listing.) I’m 27, trans-masculine, and have a fixed, indoor-only cat named Carbonara. I enjoy drawing and screen printing, and run a small apparel business outside of my day job. I enjoy cooking enough food to share, and have a somewhat extensive tea collection that’s ever growing.

Fotini is the other roommate, and head of household. She’s 27, with a fixed, indoor/outdoor cat named Psilocybin. She loves sewing, reading, and permaculture gardening.

We are both members of Upper Hudson Queer Alliance, which currently has no office. All board members are taking turns hosting weekly meetings (an hour long in the evening), so occasionally we’ll have a couple of guests over.
