Susitna from a walk-out deck, the second bedroom has a sunnier exposure and views of the pond and acreage behind my home. There is ample parking including the option to have one spot in my heated garage; outside parking has heat bolts. House has high-speed wifi included in rent.

Lease length is negotiable with a minimum 6 months, tenant(s) share electric, gas, and every-three-week cleaning service. Owner arranges snow removal, lawn service, trash/curb-side recycling, septic, and we have an amazing well. I’m looking for someone who respects quiet, keeps things clean, willing to chip in a little around the house (small things)… no drama, drugs, non-smoker. For 30+ years, I’ve conducted clinical research in holistic health settings after developing various products for a biotech company. I own this home and am the only person living here. The other “roommate” is my 3 year old Siberian husky “Copper”. He’s very social.
