Welcome to our second home! We offer a spacious, bright bedroom with a private bathroom for rent in our 1440-square-foot townhouse in Greenbrae. Nestled in a tranquil cul-de-sac, this townhouse offers peace and tranquility while still being just a delightful 20-minute walk away from the vibrant Downtown Larkspur.

The townhouse is fully equipped, including a washer and dryer right in the unit for your convenience. The living room, kitchen area, and washer and dryer will be shared with my husband and I, as it’s our second home. We plan to stay there 2-3 nights a week.

As a valued resident, you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy our shared pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off during those sunny California days.
