The Unit: 2bd, 2ba in a luxury apartment community, ammenities are outstanding (hiking trails, pool, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, and community events people actually attend) - move-in is flexible. The management will check background, employment, and credit I believe. Your room’s rent before utilities is $1,300. You would have the guest bathroom mostly to yourself, except when we have guests. There is a large balcony overlooking the canyon and nature preserve. Photos are of the staged model, but our unit is the same exact layout. Your bedroom will be unfurnished. Move-in date is flexible.

Me: I mostly keep to myself during the week because I work 50+ hours. I am more social on the weekend. I love reading, most outdoor activities, plant-based cooking, and doing weird social events in Austin. I identify female.
