Hello! I’m 26 and looking for a young professional roommate (20s & 30s) for a lease-takeover @ Creekside at Matthews. My prior roommate is leaving due to work but I still love the apartment complex due to its 24 hr secure gym, safe area, pool, built in wifi system, smart home functions, on-site Amazon locker and more great amenities. My current roommate (29) is planning on leaving Nov 10th 2023, but can leave sooner if needed. The room has a full private bathroom and so do I which means privacy will be guaranteed. Also the rent will be $850 including utilities; rent is split using an app provided by Creekside at Matthews so everything is fair! The room will be maid cleaned before move in of course!
