Hi girlies I am signing on the dotted line for my new 2 bed 2 bath apartment on 10/23 and I am in search for a roomie. I will have 2 ESA cats with me so I would prefer that you either have a small/medium dog or another cat if you have animals. The apartment is tucked in the corner and has a lot of privacy from the office so I’m not too worried about having you on the lease but if we get caught then we will cross that bridge. I am willing to wait until the vibe feels right. I do not want just a roomie, I am new here and I would like a friend and teammate as well. I personally don’t NEED the help financially but would like it. I do like living with other people and living with good synergy.

I am looking for someone who has no kids, who doesn’t party, is sober or at least doesn’t drink at home. Between the ages of 20-30, and you will have to show me proof of income such as bank statements or paystubs just so I can be sure. I would prefer someone who likes to hangout and talk and isn’t gonna avoid socializing and would like to try to create a real relationship with eachother. But also has boundaries. Must have good communication, and must be able to have adult conversations even if it isn’t a positive talk.

I have lived with many people throughout the years and this is the first time I will be signing a lease for an entire year (12 months) so this is very important to me that we actually get along and make it our home together. It never feels good just living in other peoples spaces because the vibe can be weird and uncomfortable sometimes. I would like to avoid that.

Okay now about the room. The room has a walk in closet, dark wood flooring, ceiling fan, and a balcony. There are 3 balconies in the entire apartment and rent including electric and internet will be $700 for you.

Below I will attach a video of the apartment up to your room. There are some differences in the video compared to the actual room though because the video is of a different apartment in the same complex and it is the exact same layout besides the balconies being added to the rooms. Also the living spaces floor is all tile instead of the vinyl flooring in this video but I 100% plan to put peel and stick flooring over it and using rugs because tile makes me gag lol but I want the balconies so we make do. Also the counter tops are going to be white marble and the flooring in the bedrooms are a dark wood color. Last the fireplace is all black brick instead of the shiny spikey thing in the video and the fireplace is not working its just for decoration ig.

The location is LAKEWOOD ESTATES apartments so you can look it up. Its near bethany but not quite. It does not show the apartment that I am getting in their pictures. So you won’t be able to find that on there each of their layouts are very different. It is the B03 floor plan though. 1200 sqft not including the 3 balconies.

Okay so a little about me. I am 25, soberish (I drink very little if at all and 420 friendly). I have been sober for over a year now from all drugs, nicotine and from excessive drinking. It is very important that there is NO DRUGS in the house. Not including w33d. I am a huge holistic girly, so there will be witchy, and metphysical things around the household such as crystals, incense, candles and so much more. I meditate daily so it is important as well that there is an understanding and awareness of that kind of lifestyle. Otherwise we could clash and not in a good way. Energy is very important to me and magic and astrology is real. If you don’t believe that then it’s probably best you look somewhere else. I am not religious but I am spiritual and I believe in God. I will bring up controversial and deep topics because its my favorite past time, I am not a fan of small talk or filtering myself for anyone. I have been taking my mental health journey very seriously for the past year so I would prefer that you are aware and working on yourself in that aspect as well. I am into theater, fashion, art, yoga, tarot, meditation, ASTROLOGY, self development, writing, reading, business, and watching tv from time to time. I am currently in online school so I am busy with that a lot. I am an exotic dancer for the time being but I am working towards becoming a freelance writer. Also I am in the process of creating my own podcast which will be made at home so just expect that. I will not hide in my room so the living spaces will be full of life and I will do everything I can to make it as cozy and sacred as I can. I plan to get a pole for excercise and just for fun. I do not have everything yet, but with the following months I will gradually be bringing things back from the two storage units I have in two different states and shop for other things I don’t have now. It will be a process because this is a new beginning for me and it has been a little chaotic getting here. I have moved 7x this year and once I move in here it will be my 8th and last time. If you want to know more about me just ask. I am an open book and a straight forward no BS communicator. I will set my boundaries and stand by them as well.
