1 bedroom with own bath and own tv room located in the basement of a 3 bedroom house. The bedroom is currently furnished too. It has bed and also a desk perfect for a student. Shared kitchen is upstairs and laundry is downstairs. Close to downtown Edmonds, Lynnwood and Edmonds College.

I am a 50 yo single male professional. I work as an accountant for an engineering firm in Lynnwood. I work from home 75% of the time but go to the office too once or twice a week. I love outdoors, sports and I play in rock band down in Seattle for fun. I have lived in the house for 6 years and am looking to supplement my income and thought maybe it would be nice to have a roommate for a little while to help offset everything else.
